STEP 1:
Prepare Your Hair
Start with clean, damp, or dry hair. The serum can be used on both freshly washed hair and dry hair before styling or sun exposure.
STEP 2:
Apply the Serum
Dispense 1–2 pumps (depending on hair length and thickness) into your palms. Rub hands together, then apply evenly from mid-lengths to ends, avoiding the roots.
STEP 3:
Protect and Style
For heat styling: Use before blow-drying, straightening, or curling. The serum provides protection up to 450°F (230°C) to shield against heat damage.
For sun protection: Apply before going outdoors to help guard hair from UV damage, dryness, and colour fading.
STEP 4:
Finish and Maintain
Style as desired. Reapply a small amount to dry hair during the day if you are exposed to prolonged sun or high heat. Leaves hair smooth, hydrated, and protected without greasy residue.

My hair puts up with a lot like dye bleach hairdryers crimpers etc. This shampoo really revived it. I left it on for a while and for a treat would use before a hair mask. Smells beautiful. Light enough for frequent use even on fine hair like mine.
