DRY SKIN

STEP 1:
Wash your hands and face.
STEP 2:
Apply a thin layer under your eyes.
STEP 3:
Leave on for 8 minutes.

Rinse with cold water.

Nice product and actually something I was thinking about buying because no matter how much sleep I have it makes no difference to my under eye. Definitely saw a little improvement and my eyes don’t look as puffy as an added bonus.
